To provide the Best Value Golf Tours Ever in small groups of 8-12 golfers, combining golf, fun and culture. We aim to consistently beat client’s expectations and ensure that you return home with many great memories and a yearning to return again next year.
It all started in the early 90s during a cold winter while based at a RAF station in Northern Scotland when the boys wanted to play some warm weather golf. So, I planned the first trip to Costa Del Golf (Sol) in Spain and called it the SCB Tour. It started with just 4 friends, planning trips in the evenings, and since then SCB Golf Tours has continued to grow by word-of-mouth recommendations.
It is now time to share my skills and experience in providing great value golf trips to the greater golf community.
I have lived in several different countries, and I truly believe in the importance of learning and immersing the group in the local culture. This adds a lot of fun and value to any trip. I have personally visited each of the areas we plan golf travel in, viz. Scotland, Ireland, England, Wales, Spain and Portugal. Indeed, I have lived in most of those countries.
We also offer trips within the United States. I am obsessed with the details and have brought 20 years of project management skills to ensure your trip is planned to perfection. But as we say in the military ‘no plan survives contact’ and we will accompany your tour to come up with ‘plan B’ in the event it is required. As one of my previous clients said, “From the moment I arrive at the airport until the minute he drops me back at the airport, every detail is taken care of by Scottish Colin”.
As an avid golfer I know what it takes to make a golf trip successful and fun. Whether you want to play 36 holes a day, or 18 holes a day, have a few days off from golf and visit Castles, Distilleries, Horse Races, Highland games, etc., we know what it takes.
